OUR SCHOOL
The Grimentz ski school was founded in 1959, and the Zinal ski school in 1967.
For many years, the two directors worked together on their respective slopes, ensuring that both schools offered the same high quality services.
The postal bus provided skiers with an overland link between the two areas.
During the 2013-2014 season, the two ski areas became one thanks to an aerial cableway link (the third longest in Switzerland) between the village of Grimentz and the summit of Zinal.
Building on this partnership, the two Swiss ski schools in Grimentz and the Swiss ski school in Zinal are also merging, following the same logic as the lift company, to simplify communication, harmonize services and make your stay as pleasant as possible across the entire ski area, in two magnificent Val d'Anniviers resorts.

OUR STORY
L’histoire de l’école suisse de ski de Grimentz et de Zinal se raconte sur plus d'un demi siècle … et ces deux entités sont fiers de vous accompagner sur plusieurs générations.
Elle commence en 1959 pour la création de l’école Suisse de Ski de Grimentz et en 1967 pour l’école Suisse de Ski de Zinal.

LES REMONTÉES MÉCANIQUES
The special feature of this ski area is that it unites two mountain sides, one by its village and the other by a summit on the Zinal side at 2441m.
Our school looks forward to welcoming you on both sides of the mountain, thanks to the Grimentz / Zinal ski lifts.
